Terms of Service
Last updated: September 20, 2026
1. Nature of the Service
FillWire ("the Service", "we", "us") is a technology infrastructure provider offering cloud-based signal routing, per-account risk calculation, and trade dispatch to client-connected trading terminals including MetaTrader 5 (MT5), cTrader, and BlackArrow.
FillWire is not a broker-dealer, financial advisor, investment manager, or custodian. We never take custody of client funds or accept deposits. All trades are executed through your independently licensed brokerage or proprietary evaluation firm account.
2. Non-Financial Advice & Risk Acknowledgement
Foreign exchange, contracts for difference (CFDs), commodities, and financial derivatives trading involve substantial risk of loss. Strategies offered via the platform (including Atlas, Meridian, and Vector) are quantitative mathematical models executed in accordance with user configurations. FillWire does not guarantee profitability, win rates, or protection against loss.
3. Third-Party Firm & Prop Firm Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of FillWire complies with the terms of service, trading rules, and guidelines of your chosen broker or proprietary trading firm. While FillWire provides configurable guardrail presets (e.g., maximum daily loss thresholds and trading hour limits), FillWire does not guarantee that your account will pass an evaluation challenge or remain in compliance with any third-party firm's policies.
4. Latency, Slippage & Broker Conditions
Execution speed and fill prices are subject to market liquidity, internet connectivity, and broker processing conditions. FillWire logs all recorded slippage and gateway acknowledgment metrics for transparent review but cannot be held liable for losses incurred due to broker-side requotes, slippage, exchange closures, or network disruptions.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FillWire and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from trading losses, execution delays, or account disqualifications.
